Thanx for re-posting this bruh.

Now here's my daily eating routine...I try to eat medium sized meals every 2 hours:

Breakfast- A couple of bowls of oatmeal (i don't like eggs, sausage, etc)

Meal 2- Lean Steak or chicken breast, brown rice (i just switched to that), and okra or spinach.

Meal 3- Lean Steak or chicken breast, brown rice, and an apple

Meal 4- Lean Steak or chicken breast, brown rice, and okra or spinach.

Meal 5- Lean Steak or chicken breast, brown rice, and an apple

Meal 6- 2 Tuna sandwiches and an apple

Late night snack- 10+ table spoons of peanut butter and then the same but with fat free cottage cheese

PS:  I drink a protein shake (by Nitro-tech) about 30 minutes b4 breakfast and immediately after a workout

Do you all have any suggestions (things i should and shouldn't do) ?

yep. Sometimes more...something wrong with that?

Also...According to this guide above...oatmeal should be mixed with only water and no sugar. I just tried it and its horrible!! On the other hand, I actually like how it tastes raw and uncooked. I still get the same nutritional value doing that right?

el oh el...My friends know me for eating crazy things. I actually eat maccaroni elbows straight out of the box. I even eat fat free cottage cheese b4 i go to sleep because it has casein in it. Casein gets props because of its slow digestion and absorption rates. A snack involving cottage cheese will give a steady, slow paced release of amino acids into the bloodstream. Its best to have it at night because when you go to bed, you're on a 7 hour fast (approximately); and since casein digests slowly, you won't wake up looking 10 pounds lighter. lol

The only thing you need to be healthy and fit is exercise and food portion control.

I can't fcuk with that Okra it tastes too sticky like I was doin some licky licky stuff or something I'll stick with the broccoli because it sounds more gangsta ya figadeal me. Thanks for the credit Supa but that would have to go to Cash 100% since I have the power to do so I just stickied it because this is something that can help everybody and is something that can be a good reference tool for people to look back on.
