I remember a post a while back saying that their hair was rubbish but I need to say ladys her hair is stunning.  I got a sample a few weeks ago then recently bought a pack.  It doesnt tangle or go frizzy when washed.  It runs a bit higher than bohyme imo.  The girl is also very friendly

Anyone else tried it?

ello ladies, i have bought from salvagestock and softgentlebreeze as well as some other hair sellers on ebay. i found salvages hair to be gorgous, its very soft silkyness and washes great, breezes hair on the other hand i found to be like a straw consistancy, very rough, i dont know how this washed as i never used it and still have it now. maybe it was a bad batch from breeze i dont know as i never bought again but i buy from salvage thru email now when i want too as its cheaper direct than buying thru ebay as her auctions are just toooo popular! Just a quick question if i can as im new to the boards, i have never used shrinkies before - are they the same as microlinks? Shaz

same here.  i bought from softgentlebreeze and the hair was very coarse, like straw and had lots of split ends.

Salvage stock on the other hand is great.  I am so impressed with her hair! i will defo buy it again. Im going to buy direct also. I hope she doesnt go anywhere.  I've been looking for "THE" hair for ages, racoon was my favourite but its way over priced.  I gave salvagestocks hair 5 washes with shampoo and no conditioner and i could still run my fingers straight through it , no tangles, no frizz.

Mmm I'm intrigued.  Maybe I will try Salvage Stock out.  I'm sure there was a bad report on this board about their hair though x

I read it to Amanda but i have her hair and its great.  I asked her for a sample a few weeks ago and when it came it was super shiney and i though it may have been a coating but we washed it in the salon 5 times with shampoo only and no conditioner and it was still silky and didnt tangle.  So i bought a hair from one of their auctions and it arrived today and i am super impressed.  Although the bohyme is a good hair and fills out really well, it goes a little too big after washed for my liking.  Amanda you should contact salvagestock and they will send you a sample.

What was your first day back at work like? Im at job no2 just now

Hey Rose, don't worry, I won't be bidding on your hair.  Salvage Stock must have seen my hair extension add on ebay cos they e-mailed me a while back saying they could do me a deal if I had them as my regular supplier but I read a post, yes I remember now, she was selling really short wefts and Amm had bought some hair from her and said it was disgusting.  The human dilema arises yet again.  What's your second job Shel.  I'm absolutely shattered, can't wait for bed tonight, not at work tomorrow, yi pi xx

Yeah, salvagestock's hair was the worst I ever tried right next to Sensationnel. The weft wasn't even full, it's cut into 2 foot sections and she auctions it off into pieces. Unless she's doing it differently now. Luckily I only paid $3 for it.

Shel, can you tell us what brand and type of hair it is?

JENNY - I saw both they posts, infact i started one of them as i was curious.  Well actually truth being, as im starting my own shop i have been constantly researching wholesalers both in UK and internationally to find the hair i was looking for at good quality, good prices and have been curious as to how the price varies so much between suppliers when most of them advertise the same type of hair as the other. Its mind blowing as there are hundreds.  My bf says he never sees me lately (lol)

As i said i saw the bad report re this hair but i decided to ask them for a sample anyway as her auctions were always busy and had good feedback and as i was impressed with the sample i bought the hair.

As it goes in the hair industry everyone has different oppinions depending on what they are looking for. I am just chuffed i have what i am looking for.   Maybe that member got a bad batch i dont know but im happy so hopefully i wont pester any of you anymore with the same questions re hair.  Thanks for putting up with me guys!

AMANDA - I rent a chair in a salonand work there Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm and occasionally Saturdays and sundays. Then i go to my admin job from 4pm-10pm (should be till 12 but we get the work done then get away) then also run my online shop.  Im going to pack in the admin job though.  Just took it as Jan-March is normally dead for me each year.

(lol)

ello ladies just read the posts above about the track length i found if i buy by email salvage offered me to buy half packs or full packs as i choose - i normally choose the half packs as they are half the price of the full packs anyway and i can have more colours this way, just thought i'd mention it. also although she starts the auction at 99p it normally goes up quite high, her prices to me are really good so i agree with shel email her for a sample and prices etc see how u go

i have used sensationnel before and didnt think much of it either amm

Amanda, I wrote ya back.

From China? OK, but what's it called? Shel, did your hair have any identifying tags on it or did it come plain in a plastic bag?
