AITE I DUNNO wut a ceasar is lol Is this a ceasar below: I told him to cut it low and just to keep the waves. Thats all and he went to cutting and shiz. |

| A Ceasar is cutting your hair down, either light (meaning your hair is really low) or dark (meaning that your hair is low but not as low as a light ceasar), and getting it shaped up.
