this is the undercut style cut.

This is the cut and I was wondering how I would be able to achieve the messy undercut. What products, tools or techniques are used to recreate this?

I have wavy thick hair. I have been able to pull off the quiff and undercut but this looks different. I am not sure on how to master the look.
