Hello everyone, 

Newbie here, looking to figure out how to achieve this gorgeous hairstyle (I think):

I have fine and thin, straight dark brown hair that is about shoulder length. Volume is a problem, I haven't picked a volumizing shampoo yet. This haircut looks complicated, like it is maybe layered? Even just knowing the name of the style would help me out, though.
