My hair is one length, pin straight, and dirty blonde. It has no volume or shape whatsoever, and I honestly hate it and want to do something about it to make it look better. Cut, dye, shaping, accessorize, really any advice you have I will take into consideration.

That's pretty, but I don't really see how the hair would stay angled in like that without having to go through a blow drying or curling routine that I don't really have time for. I also don't really think the length would suit my face shape?

Long hair always has thinness problem. You have to do something to get fluffy hair and giving a wave to your hair. Get the right hair products which suits to your hair, Try Volumizing styling products, Get a good blow dry, Heat it up, make puffy hair stye. You can also use hair extensions for giving thickness to your hairs.
