I only use sulfate free shampoos these days because they are less damaging and striping and they don't leave my hair as dry. I know many sulfates remove all the natural oils that are good for the hair which is especially bad for curly hair.

In my opinion that some of the beauty products is really weird because they really used some cheap quality Ingredients in their manufacturing.The quantity of sulfate is so large amount in their production who are really affecting our hair growth.So we should avoid these kind of beauty products.

@ericachristina, me too! I only use sulfate free shampoos because they are less damaging and they don't leave my hair dry and frizzy. I use shampoo that helps keep my hair healthy and shiny.

I use organic shampoo without sulfate and paraben. I think it's safe. I've been using it for years and my hair looks great.
