Long story short, im just going to list the issues i have in general,

I need help looking for products that will help clear my skin
Yes, i drink a LOT of water, my eating pattern is fantastic, i workout everyday..

Ive tried a lot of store bought things, aloe vera plants, etc not helping, everything sensitive skin, and dye free stuff...

But need help with stuff that will help with dry skin, acne, scars, and stretch marks... Lost a lot of weight fast...

And i have always had a dry scalp, i swear nothing really helps it...

Please leave helpful suggestions...

You can also rub a lemon peel on the skin with a little sugar on it or without the sugar. After rubbing it leave it on the skin for at least 10 minutes. If you practice this regularly you can reduce the scars/marks finely.

Hello Everyone,
Tips for beautiful face-
ofcourse face is very soft part of the body..
its care is very necessary
1- Moisturise throughout the day. Use a moisturizing facial mask. Try using body lotion even before you've left the shower, right after rinsing soap or body wash. It will help lock in some extra moisture.
2-Of course, hot water showers feel great in winter, but they wreak havoc on dry skin. Try a lukewarm shower instead, and then pat your skin dry with a towel

If you are getting acne and you live a healthy lifestyle it could also be due to a physical issue that you are not aware of such as hormonal imbalances. one option is to see a dermatologist who may be able to pinpoint the cause of your problem and then give you something to help clear it up. This is also a good idea because the store bought products are doing nothing for you and you may need to explore other products that are not sold over the counter.

There are a lot of products for acne on the market and sometimes it's just trial and error that will lead you to something that works for you.

When I was taking biotin for my hair and skin it ended up making me break out and have skin issues I had never had before. I don't have acne prone skin so I had to find something that worked. I personally use the clean and clear foaming face wash which helps prevent acne and since I stopped taking biotin I have stopped getting acne. If the face washes out there are too drying you can always follow it up with a good moisturizer.
Now I use hemp oil as a moisturizer, it's an oil that does not clog the pores and it also helps even out your complexion. You have to make sure it's 100% pure but it has been working wonders for my skin, making it even and blemish free. It's also good for your hair.

A lot of people also swear by the clarasonic cleansing device which can be purchased at sephora, I've been meaning to buy one myself. It helps draw impurities out of your skin to give you a deep cleanse and to help prevent acne for radiant looking skin.

There is no cure for stretch marks, once the skin has stretched and pulled away from itself there is no cream that will put it back together. The products on the market don't make them disappear they just help to improve the look of them or fade them but they don't completely get rid of them. My mom has tried Bio oil which is a rather popular oil that is said to help improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars, she told me it didn't work for her but there are mixed reviews out there. You can look it up online and read the reviews if you are interested.Ericachristina2013-01-18 16:50:30

Dry scalp - do a mask with mayonnaise - sounds very disgusting, I know! But check for the ones that have natural ingredients. The oil and egg yolk will soak into the scalp and the vinegar will help to reduce the excess oil.

Dry skin - hot water and long showers can dry your skin. have shorter cooler showers. When you are done, and before drying off completely, coat your entire body with a very thin layer of olive oil.

You might also benefit from a face peel. When the skin gets very dry it, the natural barrier gets hard and impenetrable.

Scarring - Vitamin E capsules daily

These are helpful tips that are suggested above. But you must know that before using these tips, consult to the skin doctor. Actually skin is different for different person. So think again before trying these tips.

EVERY soap and body wash you use has dried you out? Maybe you just need to moisturize. Or maybe try a real quality soap instead of washes and detergent bars.

Thanks for all of the info! Update:i went to the derm, and got a scratch test... Ive developed a bunch of food allergies over the last 2 years, so that was one issue, (allergic reactions)... Then i have severe dry skin, he said since i went from ga which is humid, to southern cali which the air is dry, my skin doesnt know what to do its so dried out, so its dang near cold showers, and luke warm baths with aveeno oatmeal powder in it, ot only aveeno soaps, followed by 4-6 full body applications of eucerin body cream throughout the day (the one in the jar SUUUPPPEERRR THICK) ... If my skin gets too dry, i have to sleep with a humidifier, grew 2 aloe vera plants so i use that for my scars and stretch marks, as well as african black soap which has helped A LOT... So i can say i have the most sensitive skin ever... And as for my face, ive been looking into having a peel, thats my next step, i feel like that will clear all of the issues of the face...

I am a newbie but for what it's worth here is my story .... passed 60 but not over the hill and I was looking for a product that would actually work.  I have found the product that really suits my skin.   It now feels smooth, "flexible" and the smell is great.   I use the entire range.   Read what they say and ask questions on their contact page if you need more information.   I hope this helps you and solves your acne and dry skin problem. To take proper care of care of skin is very necessary. Now several cosmetic laser treatments are performed through FDA approved laser machines to treat acne, wrinkles, unwanted hairs, pigmentation, tags, moles, warts, etc. These treatment are fruitful and reliable plus cause no any side effect too.
