It is that time of year -- F O O T B A L L
Most men are on cloud nine as they spend the weekend drinking beer and watching games. I know in my family, men watching football is like a religion. They watch College on Saturday and Pro on Sunday from morning to night. If watching football was an exercise, the men I know all would be in great shape.
