In an interview Elizabeth Hurley did with People Magazine the brunette beauty said that in the past one of the ways she wasn't taking care of herself was that she used to wolf down her food which was a terrible habit.  She said that she rarely chewed her food, just sucked it down.

Now she is trying to chew slowly and enjoy her food.  She said that it is making a massive difference in her difference.

Elizabeth Hurley has a new man.  He is Shane Warne.  He is being recognized right now for his transformation from a rough and ready sports star. 

The media, especially in the UK where he is well-known, has taken notice of his transformation from a rough and tumble sportsman to a smartly dressed metrosexual man.

And now it seems he has a polished look well-suited to every occasion.

Shane,41, was seen in London looking every inch the colour coordinated golfer.

Chewing of food helps to digest it properly and also taking   time to taste your food is worth it.
