If ever your into burning extra pounds on your weight then I must say you should eat more fiber so that you will digest it right away and top it up with proper exercise.

Drink plenty of water and Obviously no fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate, crisps etc. If you have a desire to eat some chocolate or something, have 3 kisses instead of the whole bar.
Set a target goal. If you want to lose 10 pounds within the fortnight or something then keep that in your mind.
