What I do for link building is I use blog commenting, it really helps me a lot I 'm also able to find high pr blogs then I would comment on that in this way I get back links from high pr pages so it is really great for me believe me.

Yes, blog commenting is really very helpful in increasing page rank of sites and improving SERP as well........ but you need to do quality work first.
