I need recommendations for a good heat defence spray. I have plenty of heat defence creams - but I prefer the control of using a spray. Ideally I would like one that smells nice too! I have highlighted, blonde, long, thick hair - I don't straighten a lot - but I want one to spray into dry hair before straightening to just leave it soft - not hard or sticky. I only use salon or organic brands on my hair as cheaper products interfere with my hair colour.
Thank you!

For your hair type, I would really recommend either Redken Heat Glide or Moroccan Oil. You will see much better results. If you have your mind set on a spray, Paul Mitchel has one called Seal and Shine and it has no hold factor too it.
