i bought a wooden comb from the body shop. i love it! i have a question though. i comb my hair when wet after washing and conditioning my hair. i have wavy/curly hair so if i don't i get tangles. my question is is ok to use a wooden comb on wet hair? or will it make the the wood go bad? so far i've been justing using it when my hair is dry.

Hi Monica,
I would guess that if you lightly oil the comb, it will repel the water, making it safe to comb your wet hair and keeping the comb from drying out.

Yeah... that's probably a good idea.
I have 2 Body Shop combs because I thought I lost the first one for awhile... then I found it again. Anyhue, I just washed the first one because it was getting some dirt and grime between the teeth. I used some shampoo with Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate that I have sitting around. Afterwards, I noticed the comb seemed pretty dry. I think I'll rub a bit of jojoba oil into it. !) ic a p`` -& `b . @p )2 ,-$ ! ! $ -$ ` ,
