My hair is about 3 cm (short hair) and I was wondering if I can use a hair relaxer on it?? I have asian hair and its very stiff, so much so that my hair starts to look like a hat when I grow it long :( plus it's almost impossible to style it because it's so strong...
Is there anyway to make my hair go down permanently?? I bought Olive Oil No Lye Relaxer work, will it work??
