Laura Mercier Foundation Primer, Stila Hydrating Primer, Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, Urban Decay and Benefit are some good ones which you can try out.
Nothing much to worry if they stated oil free as good primers are unlikely to dry up your skin. Most important is still the skincare before applying any makeup.
