The right accessories can breathe new life into any little black dress or other Holiday gown.  Whether you go with a super shimmery headband with lots of sparkle or a signature statement necklace or bracelet you will be right in style for the current season. 

The only tip?  Don't wear statement pieces on every part of your body at the same time.  Pick one area you want to shimmer such as your neck, arms or hair and stick with that.

Nothing is more gorgeous than a signature necklace which makes a simple gown pop.  Ditto with signature bracelets or rings.  I am glad to see the trend is back for 2011.  I miss the big brooches.  Maybe they will be back as well.
