I have started a new journey and it involves me cutting out all the damaging things I was doing to my hair (chemicals, too much heat, etc.) I am chronicling my adventure just in case it might help someone else. Glad to hear it. The topical chemicals from gel, mousse, shampoo, etc don't do hair any good. It only does damage if anything.

Bhringraj or just pure aloe does amazing things for hair. The native South Americans. Have used Aloe for centuries.

Ancient Ayurveda principle: "Never put anything in or on our bodies that we cannot eat".

Indian Hair methods have taken good care of hair for thousands of years.

It's also good to nourish your hair follicles with natural products.  I also highlight my hair blonde, so I use oils to help nourish my hair and it adds brilliant shine and softness.  Karen Shelton2011-01-11 17:12:19! @el`dab
