Hi Everyone I will try to make sense of what I am about to say.
Ok I live in a hard water area and I always use to get dry skin and a dry scalp which would lead to hair fall out after an shower.
Then I brought a shower filter it makes my hair so soft and nice and I don't get dry skin anymore but I have noticed hair on my pillow and also my hair gets greasier after one day which never happend before ? but hair does not fall out in the shower. its really wierd.
I never use to get hair on my pillow now I atleast have around 5 to 10 hairs on my pillow!!
any ideas people?

I'm having the opposite problem! I just moved from hard water to soft water. I don't really have an answer to your question, save from the natural hair cycle. Each hair grows, stops growing, then falls out. It may just be coincidence that your hair is falling out at this time.
I'm interested in this shower filter! Where did you pick it up?$!!$
