i go to gym daily,so my hair becomes wet due to sweat,so i wash my hair
with water daily and alternate days i apply oil to hair at night and in
the morning i wash with shikakai.can i follow that,but my hair is
dry.also tell me some tips to make my hair silky

If you don`t wash ur hair and keep it clean, you might get baldness.Because for healthy hair, regular washing and shampooing is necessary. Otherwise germs have a better chance to get inside your hair. $- P cn`dp0% 00BB .(4`p /.-)!,-!%!$!!,$ 0 +.
