With the economy turn down, it is getting harder for teens to get jobs and have that extra spending money to buy the fun things they might want. Right now a new trend has hit the west coast and it is called hair tinsel and hair shimmers, this is an affordable and new way to add color and sparkle to your hair for a very low cost.
