Hi I recently bought a Redken EQ shade of Ebay (walnut). Turned out pretty good,even had a couple of people comment on it which i dont usually get  My question is - how often can i use it? Is every 6 to 8 weeks ok? Most colours dont last on me long unfortunately. Also anyone who uses this - how do you find they fade out? Most colours as they fade turn my hair so brassy! seems to bring out the red in my hair even more. Thanks |

You can use shades eq as often as needed. It is an acidic demi, which means that it doesn't damage hair, at all. It fades off slowly so you don't have to worry about build up. But I would recommend using any color more often then every 3 weeks. I have some clients who come in every three weeks for a root touch up (bleach blondes) and I refresh their blonde all over with shades eq very appt. It is also great for keeping red hair vibrant! What are some recommended shampoos and conditioners to keep my Shades eq 7c copper base a vibrant red. I am a natural strawberry/auburn redhead, level 7. I just used this shades color to boost my red. How can I keep it the most vibrant for 6 weeks when I reapply? Any advice very much appreciated!!!0 ! Babbadabe ,"0 " " `` ," -,! - %,% -4`r ). |
