President-elect Barack Obama usually makes regular visits to the Hyde Park Hair Salon for trims. But the salon has become a "tourist mecca" so on Tuesday, Obama's barber traveled to the Regents Park apartment of Obama pal Mike Signator to give the next president a haircut.

Obama arrived at the apartment after working at his Chicago transition headquarters at the Kluczynski Federal Building in the Loop. (The main transition offices are in downtown Washington.)

Obama staff said the barber came to Obama because the shop has become a "tourist mecca" with people stopping by to get a glimpse of Obama, creating a security concern.

Lol he is a President-elect now so he should hire a personal barber from now on no need for him to put himself in harms way when you have a bunch of people especially from this site who knows how to cut hair. (I would charge him $8,000 per cut lol).
