Length is looking great! How many times did you trim after the pixie? I'm trying to avoid that mullet look, so I am trimming some here and there. Just don't want to sacrifice toooo much length.

Some Tips that worked for me...

Your hair is growing good now. Congrats on your length!

Vinegar can make the ends feel a bit crunchy. I dilute it into a spray bottle to get it mostly onto the scalp when needed & let it sit a while (pew lol).

Try not to hot iron (it really is bad for your hair).

Ion makes a shampoo to remove minerals & prevent hard water & I got my cheep water filter @ Lowes I think.

Foods *you eat* that seriously improve hair growth & texture are GREENS (get a steamer & they are done in 15 minutes or less. Fruit smoothies and White Kidney beans or Green lentils. These make my hair grow fast & shine. I even eat a few garlic steamed :P Really the Kale works.

Shampoo I love for my Scalp is Tea Tree Tingle from Trader Joe's, I bend over in the shower to massage my scalp with it, the conditioner is also yummy, both smell, feel great, help the itchies.

Also, The Conditioner~by Paul Mitchell is a leave in, sometimes Ulta or Regis has sales for these & it is really good.

Tea Tree oil *dilute* from Trader Joe's is also good for blemishes etc.

You are rockin that straight hair. It is so true about how you feel about yourself. When you feel your hair looks good it is a really good day!!! So glad that your hair appointment went well. So, are you going to style it like this each day? Me, I just let me curls go natural since I have no time to style it straight.

that is great you are sitcking to BSL and beyond. I cant wait until I get that length. Do you like your hair straight or curly better?

I love the way the cut accentuates the highlights.The lady who cut your hair really knew how to do a curly cut.It looks so healthy.And your hair already looked great.
