the main Meth for waves is Moisterizing and alot of brush

Unless you want to use a kit - which most say is a big no - it boils down to using the right products for your hair type - soft, medium, hard and brush.  When you're not sleeping or wearing your wave cap you need to be brushing.  It's a lot of work and commitment which is why the guys here with the best waves have put in their time.
 
If you have soft hair - start with a softer brush.  If you have hard hair - a hard brush.
 
Depending on your hair you may want to start out with Carrot Creme instead of a heavier pomade which is more for after you get the waves spinning a bit.
