Some nail experts warn that when applying acrylic nails to patients with Reynauds (pronounced ray-noze feh-naw-meh-non) that the newly attached acrylic nails will slide right off.  Also, polish does not seem to last for any reasonable amount of time without rubbing right off.

If you are a nail tech...have you worked with Reynaud's patients and have you experienced the problem with acrylic nails not staying attached?  If so, what have you found will work to counter the problem?

Have you found a particular nail polish that works better than other for lasting longer?
