I found this site for a google search. The article on resistant gray suggests Clairol. Clairol has been a NIGHTMARE for me, you may as well put on a wig. Its probably the worst "over the counter" haircolor available. I know no one that used it and was happy with the result. For the store brands, Loreal is pretty good. I see its mentioned as the second choice. Not sure why its even a comparison. Loreal is  a quality haircolor used by many salons. Clairol is the next best thing to a Sharpie marker.

I completely disagree and have had more trouble with Loreal products. At least Clairol is open Saturdays (loreal isnt) and has better customer service for those having a hair blooper.
Clairol Natural Instincts is a wonderful product!
