Ok so I am trying to grow my hair long and its about four inches past my shoulder but I have now hit a road block...split ends and breakedge! I just got my hair cut but for some reason I am still dealing with some breakedge and I need some suggestions as to what I should do to help my hair get back to healthy and keep growing long...
thanks

Hey i no how terrible split ends can be I've had my share of it. Split end can be caused by drying of hair. this is usually caused by blow drying, straightening, curling irons and coloring dyes.
Also the sun and how we dry our hair has some kind of effect on the hair.

To combat split ends you should use very little of this equipments, the way you eat also determines how healthy your hair is, so eating lots of fruits and vegetables should help along with an increase in vitamins and minerals.
Use a conditioner after shampooing and really important is that you cut out the split ends as it affects the whole strand.
Sure hope this helps youSmile
