I'm not really up on slang down here. I've always kinda just sponged off NY, Chi and Cali slang to mix and match my own. The few thats still on down here:
Ratchet: Bitch
Sweetwater: Homo
Faking: Same as the general use but used in untimely situations. EX- "Ay girl quit faking on me"
JumpOff: Bit different than the normal meaning. Jump off is rather an unfaithful (not ride or die type chick) than a slut.

Id laugh od if I heard someone speak in london terms no offense. I remember at work the other day when I was trying to sell a toolset I told her that it only costs a buck and she was excited. When I say something costs a buck I mean i costs $100 so I had to explain that to her for about 15minutes...man was she angry  .
