I have been considering getting a Solia, right now I'm using just a Conair Infiniti. I have pretty thick hair. I got alot hair cut off not too long ago and I'd still like to get a better flat iron but I'm not sure about spending $85 on one that I need, just not as much as I did before. I didn't know if there's any other really good ones that aren't quite as expensive. Suggestions would be lovely.

Solia and Sedu rock!! I have a Sedu and love it. I have also tried the Solia and it is awesome. They are totally worth the money and you won't belive the difference. You will never go back to cheap irons. All they do is burn your hair.
