Yeah, there's a lot about it. I'm thinking about trying it, however I'm waiting until I'm done with my main health regimine with my Chinese Medicine Doctor by way of Chinatown.
I've researched by googling "oil pulling" and found some fasinating things on it.
It sounds like people who have minor to major issues might be interested?

It does sound interesting, and a little too good to be true don't you think- something so easy and simple curing so many diseases. Although I don't see how this could possibly work, I'm willing to give it a try for a month. I'd say it's worth a shot. Unfortunaltely I'll have to wait a month or 2 to do this since I just started taking probiotics and am going on a fasting retreat next week. That way I'll be able to tell if any improvements are really from the oil pulling or not.
I'm interested to see how this works out for others though. |
