The bad news? When bought new, this book costs $42.95 plus shipping. it is a paperback book. It's from Thomson Learning which is based in England.
The good news? When purchased through Amazon.com there are used books available ranging from Used - Very Good to brand new for less than the $42.
This 300+ page book has lots of step by step instructions, good drawing and photos. I actually purchased my book at a half price store and it was in good condition. It has basic instructions for all sorts of hair styles and includes how to color, relax and related tips.
I am always cautious to rave about a book because I know everyone has different interests and requirements. However, I do like this book even though I have do not have relaxed hair like the majority in this book. It also includes weaves.
You may be able to find it in a library. I did notice that some cosmetology schools with libraries have this book in their listings.
I would love to hear your feedback about this book.
Did you love it/hate it/or had mixed feelings?
Please share your thoughts. Also, do you have this type of hair and would you classify it 3 or 4 or in some other way?
