I am 100% puerto rican and I want to know if I can get waves?? When my hair is long I rock a curly afro but when I get a dark cesar my hair gets mad strait.  So do I got a shot at gettin those spinnas or what?? any help would be appreciated.

Depending on how straight your hair is you might need to use a gel activator. Try it and see what happens.

yea i got tha same question im dominican and right now its short but when its long its a curly fro
