The key to getting waves is brushing and not products.  I recommend reading Wave FAQ, under Men's 360 Waves Part II.

normaly wave bulder does not work unless u have a mens perm called s curl already in ya hair so if u still us wavebilud get a perm  PHE ADQRE  P@B

Did you read what I just wrote in the post above you, no I have no experience with s-curl products relaxers and perms are not good for the quality of health of your hair.
