Hi,
split ends can be removed by trimming hair. Even I had split end problem. I use to trim my hair on a monthly basis. And slowly as I went on doing my trimming the split ends started reducing. i would suggest try going for a trim on a regular basis, it helps.

I really dont know if using curling or straightenings tools will cause split ends but I do know that if you have major split ends just trim them out. After that if your like me and dont like cutting your hair, aggressively take care of your split ends. Which means you just cut the split ends when you see them. When you got them under control make sure you condition your hair on a daily basis so you dont ever experience such horrible split ends.
By the way split ends are natural and everyone experiences them so dont go scissor happy.

yeah I've seen my fair share in my day, so don't take your whole head of hair out.

I'm no genious on hair, but I think mine is pretty healthy and I'll tell you what I do. Always get about 1/4 inch trimmed at least every two months or so. I usually just go get one when I run my fingers through my hair and it starts feeling a little corse at the end. Your stylist can tell you exactly how much you need trimmed. If you don't it will keep splitting up your hair and get worse. Don't worry about your hair not growing because it will, it'll just be healthier in the process. Other than that, try not to go lighter too often. I don't know what your hair color is, but if you bleach it to get it blonde, that literally breaks down your hair. I wanted to go blonde not long ago, but I don't feel it's worth it. Highlights aren't so bad. Another thing is always use a conditioning cream before blowdrying or heating your hair...always! I use Aussie hair cream, it comes in a purple tube..love it. Of corse, never curl or straighten your hair while it's wet. One last thing I've just discovered is a wonderful shampoo. I found it at Wal-Mart and the name of it is Olive Oil, it comes in a green bottle. I found it in the section for black women. I'm white so I was scared it would make my hair oily, but it didn't and after using it a few times I promise you can feel a difference. It's shiny and soft.
To mostly answer your question, you have to trim your hair. Everything else I mentioned will keep your hair healthy, but will not make split ends disappear.
Hope this helps. !,,

You would have to cut off the split ends otherwise they will keep splitting. Once its cut you should moisturize your hair as part of your hair routine. If you are rocking your natural hair I would recommend 2 times a week.4!%, Qa``ad$be -,$4`` (0 b .,%%%,$-$)),!-,"` %8
