Here I go! I am mad as hell. I ordered Bohyme wefts from Europe and it was outstanding looking after install. Only three times I washed it and now I look like a witch. Hair looks like a floor map, all tangled, matted and that silky shine disappeared like it wasn't there in the first place. What is it? Silicone?
I will take it out tomorrow. But if anybody had the same experience please tell me what could be wrong and how to avoid it.

Bohyme isn't THAT new.. sorry you had a bad experience.. Most ladies LOVE this hair.. Perhaps it was the shampoo you used... What kind of install did you get?? Did you try speaking with the vendor???

Hi Shonetellebaby!! Welcome to the forum!!!!....So sorry to hear about your Bohyme.... have you contacted the supplier? think I have read somewhere that Bohyme has a 90 day guarantee!!! I just installed mine, look a few threads down for pictures, and I would have to say mine has gotten even more soft with time!!! What shampoo and conditiner are you using? I have been using the Purelogy for some time now and it's amazing stuff!!!! The girls on this board are truly amazing and know there stuff!!! you will learn so much just by reading through posts! You should absolutely speak to the vendor you purchased from! Perhaps it isn't real "Bohyme"?? I have personally used both the US Bohyme & the UK Celeb Elite Bohyme and both perfomed perfectly.

Have you orderd Bohyme before?? or is this your first time? So sorry to hear it looks like that... that is no fun at all! I have had mine in for almost a week now and like I said earlier it's getting softer with time? I don't know how that is? but it is.. ... maybe the shampoo and conditioner I'm using? Have you ever worn hair extensions before? How do you have your bohyme installed? What kind of products are you using? Do you only have the one type of hair installed? How many ounces did get installed?
When you recieved the hair was it in a package that stated it was "bohyme"? Bohyme is a brand name in the US and I beleive it is called celebrity elite bohyme in the UK.

Its not illegal at all.Especially if the product isnt what was advertised.Just like with anything you purchase.Besides if the hair is a big matted mess,you'd hope they would trash it rather than packaging it to resell.
I know a few sellers do have have strict return policies.But even they will refund your money if your hair doenst live up to the standards they have set.The hair business is definitely fickle. |

I don;t know what copyright laws are overseas or whatever, but I wouldn't ever buy from a company unless it was reputable. Anyone can put some hair in a bag labeled BOHYME and sell it to you. You won't know the difference until it is too late. And, if said company is going to be that shady to begin with, what do you think thier customer service will be like??
I have returned hair, well, synthetic. It was WAWA, bought it from Vixen wigs on Ebay. HATED it, I mean hated the crap! She gave me a total refund, including shipping.

I think it's mostly asian or maybe a blend..can't remember..but they also have a texture that is indian alone....i know, lots of help huh? I think the show was in august, maybe search those....

No that would make more sense about the confusion if they used both types of hair asinnamom .
I agree this is definitely out of control.All we can do for now is report people as soon as we suspect they're trolling.And in the case of this particular person its usually quick and easy.I have already reported this person.Eventually they should get the idea that no matter how many alias's they come up with and how many times they try to slander good people's names they WILL be deleted.But most importantly they will never be forgotten as being a nuisance and a troll.Word of mouth is wonderful. |

I will say that most vendors who sell Bohyme are genuine Bohyme. They take to much risk at a lawsuit if they are caught selling hair with a brand name label on it if its fake. And Bohyme does NOT mess around with anyone who may damage their reputation. They dont take too kindly to vendors selling fake Bohyme or those who put their reputation on the line.
To answer your question about the hair. My slaes rep. told me they use Asian and European hair. They said they can blend these two textures together. I can tell differences in the various texures. SO I assume they use different amounts of each type to 'create' various textures. They only have ONE texture that is Indian hair. Which is the Euro body I believe. Hey, wanna hear a funny return story?? Here's one for the books! Petsmart is an outstanding company! Diva, I know you'll remember this story....
So, my hubby and I leave for a weekend away(work, not play), Friday night. Clean litter pan, full water & full food for our 3 cats. We had an electric kitty pan that would automatically scoop everytime the cats would leave the lan. Get back on Sunday...so thats Friday night, saterday & sunday....the litter pan is spinning out of control, just trying to scoop it's little heart out. Umm...it hasn't been used at all....ofcourse they won;t get in there if it's moving. Oh oh we think, where have they gone? Come upstairs....planting soil, 4y/o ivy & cat excrement all over my carpets & pine entertainment center!! We just about died. We got everything cleaned up....Here is the great ending....we returned the USED litter pan to petsmart. So there you go folks....have a good laugh!

Do you want me to send you a picture of what happens after they mix "european" hair with Asian? It's a nonsense from the start. Two different cuticle types mixed in one bundle is nothing but tangle! Unless you are talking about cuticleless processed hair, but in that case it doesn't make any difference European or Indian that hair is. All bad. |

What did you use to get the smell out of the carpet??? My friend had to throw away a matress years ago because of a vacatrion incident with her cat getting locked in her bedroom.. She has never been able to get the smell completely out of her carpets..!!$ @a``a tb %,0

i think hubby used a bissell carpet cleaner solution and some white vinegar. it's not completely out, but unless you sit right on the spot and sniff you can't tell. thank god the stains came out....altho it would have been a great excuse to get hardwood..

Okay Happy brings up a good point.. which cruise line??? I prefer Carnival, but I'm willing to give Royal Caribbean another shot.. I thin we should look at one of those cruises which leave from ports other than the Florida ports so that it's kind of centrally located..

I get emails about cruise deals all the time. I signed up for it when my husband and I were considering a cruise for our tenth anniversary. Anyway lately they have some awsome deals going they were going for $175.00 last email I got.

No Diva, I haven't yet. I don't like to use cleaners and stuff around the kids....Was plannig on doing last weekend, but instead came down with an aweful case of strep. must of picked it up in boston when I got my hair done...couldn've been at the sushi place down there too....

It's like a little floating city.. The last cruise I took my girlfriend and I went to a midnight Caribbean party and went to the upper deck to kind of chill.. We fell asleep underneath the stars.. It was sooooo nice...

I would love to go on a cruise....couldn't be anytime this year tho. Next month I'm going to boston for the nutcracker w/ my mom and my gram, DEC I have a HUGE 2 day show, plus holidays....I;ve been longing for a vacation too...

I think a hair extension cruise is a wonderful idea. I'll be on a cruise in March, and I can hardly wait!
