Lots of pockets. Vegan, but can't tell the difference between it and real leather. It's actually even a bit large for me, I'm used to hobo style, but it seems to fit what you are asking for. It does have satin in the insides. Don't know if that's a plus for you or not. For me, it's the only thing about it I don't like. Hope this helps.
