I've been trying to get a new icon and sig going, but it isn't working.  I've tried both uploading and linking the pic, but it won't do for either-- as soon as I click the button to submit the changes, I'm sent to a "page cannot be displayed" thingy.  When I go back and look, the changes didn't go through.  Is this a problem with me, or with the servers?

It's working now, when I just tried to do it.  No idea why it wasn't working for so long.
