Hi,
I am looking for a true expert  in Orange County, CA for hair extentions. 
Must know and be comfortable with shrinks, locks, invisible rows with wefts and not charge an arm and a leg for it! I have been having extentions done for 15 years and I am looking for a change in stylist and method.  Can someone give me a good referral? Thanks.
