When is the best time of the month to have a facial conducted (according to the moon). I know hairoscope use to advise this, but I haven't seen it up in years. Thanks. |

| hairboutique used to have a monthly hairoscope showing when to cut, highlight hair, just facials, etc. I wish they would bring that feature back. |
