Hi all, I was wondering which vitamins can be used during pergnancy. (Like Biotin, and MSM) and if so, in what dosage? I have a 4 year old already but remembering how my hair looked last time gives me the creeps... lol Thank you Nikki ------------- |

hi i used primacare. it had biotin which some don't. it also has omega 3. you can only get it through your dr. i think. $- P cn`dp0% 00BB .(4`p /.%%%,-!,%!% !, b` -. |

When I was pregnant and after I took multi vitamins and vitamin C and vitamin E daily. I haven't had many colds since taking these vitamins daily. 4!,!

It took us a really long time to get pregnant, a friend had told me
that if I wanted to become pregnant I should take prenatal vitamins because it would make the uterus stronger I don't know if that's true but about three months after I started taking them I became pg and now I have a healthy 5 mth old. I don't know if it was the vitamins or just Gods will but whatever it was it doesn't hurt in any way they are just vitamins.
