Brenda A good friend of mine is a great believer in all things emu. She gets her products from Heartland: http://www.heartlandemu.com/emuoilproducts.html - http://www.heartlandemu.com/emuoilproducts.html She has never had a problem with ordering and loves the products. Hope this helps.
