Could you please scroll down to my question on hair lightening, you can't miss it since it's a big long subject line. I need to do this tomorrow, so I would appreciate any help. If not, could someone please give me the phone number to the Clairol hot line that is NOT the 0800 (i.e. the local New York City call number).Thanks
