Pics* NEED HELP HAIR IS THINNING/BALDING/RECEDING

Ok a while back I use to have waves and be on this website about waves and how to get them at there peak...I was about 13-14 years old back then. Now I'm 21 and I've been experiencing hairloss more and more to the point it's becomin noticeable and embarrassing. I use to sleep with a cotton pillow case and no durag, which I think caused some type of hairloss.
