Does anyone share my fondness or appreciation for "Big Hair." When I refer to "Big Hair" I mean the hairstlyes of of the late 80's - early 90's: lots of hairspray and volume, teased bangs, etc.... Essentially, what is often referred to perfectly sculpted New Jersey Mall High/Big hair. I've yet to find a site or a woman who enjoys styling her hair in this fashion. I realize that this style is outdated and women are truely relieved that they can finally forego the hassle, but I can still dream of meeting her. Are you out still out there?

Are you out still out there?I too enjoy "Big Hair", while it is not as inviting to one's fingers, hand, brushes and combs as more free-flowing styles, it certainly has an appeal by projecting unchanging femininity. Good luck in finding her, let me know how you do!Thanks,Eric

Here I am!

Sure you REALLY want to meet me? (Now that you know I exist.)

I didn't change with the times. Maintained my femininity into adulthood. Needless to say, I've had a very lonely adult life. Lost all my friends I had from growing up years, they all joined the modern culture.

Still love big hair--so true--it is so feminine.

Hairstyles of the 90's and 2000's are sloppy and ugly.

Sure do miss those years of friends and fun.

I'm with you on that one babycheeks. I mean in the early 90's I did tease my bangs sometimes, but never my whole head. Thank God, or I would have alot of pictures to get rid of LOL. I think that was the worst hair trend ever. I love today's smooth and feminine, as well as sophisticated styles. But as everything else, is a matter of taste. So if someone likes their hair big, grab that hairspray can and that come and knock yourself out. Whatever makes you happy, and feel good.

I personally dont like the 80's style or "big hair" on me, but I do like it.

I am just skeptical about all the hairspray and teasing, that can really damage your hair. I am trying to grow mine out, so I stay away from stuff like that.

I do admire it, and I think it looks wonderful on my mom, but not me lol!
