Check out the following hair, beauty and life tips:

1.  Banish stress which can cause bad hair days with Vitamin C.
Studies have shown that Vitamin C can help keep stress at bay.  Make sure you take the proper amounts of Vitamin C every day to keep hair healthy.

2.  Get a beautiful body with apples.
Studies have shown that dieters who snacked on apples lost 38% more weight than people who didn't eat apples.

3.  The color green provides instant beautiful serenity.
Studies have shown that simply looking at the color of green can impact on brain waves.

Starring at the color green can turn brain waves from stressed alpha type waves into blissful beta waves.

4.  End sleepless nights with sandalwood.  The scent of this oil triggers a reaction in the area of the brain which governs emotions, helping to provide fast calming energy.

You can enjoy the sandalwood by simply breaking it in or by burning a sandalwood candle for a few minutes before going to bed.  Of course never sleep with a candle still burning.

5.  Apply a few drops of lavender to your wrists before sleep and it will help provide relaxation and ultimate slumber.

6.  Sprinkle a little rosemary to breakfast eggs.  Rosemary is packed with rosmarinic acid, a compound which accelerates natural energy and decreases fatigue.

Plus, it's boost circulation to the digestive tract, speeding absorption of energy-enhancing nutrients.

7.  Take a whiff of peppermint every morning to get your energy going.  Another option is to use a peppermint infused soap or shower gel.  This will provide a natural burst of energy.

8.  Enjoy a day of peach and calm with a shot of passionflower extract.  It's Dr. Oz's go-to-herbal remedy for dealing with stress of any overwhelming days.  A review of 24 studies published in Nutrition Journal reveals that compounds in this flower naturally reduces relaxation.  It raises the brains levels of GABA, a neurotransmitter which naturally calms the central nervice system.

One study found that passionflower is as effective as the prescription anti-anxiety drug Serax.

< ="text/">Hello there! Thank you so much for sharing those tips! I will just add a couple of tips for taking care of our hair. To avoid bad hair days, use argan oil on your hair to make it stronger, shinier and healthier. Also, steer clear of shampoos and haircare proucts with SLS and SLES. They tend to dry your hair out, making it even more frizzy. Look for chemical-free and natural oil infused haircare products. You can check out the brand Pro Naturals Hair Repair System online. They have an entire haircare line which are sulfate-free and contain high concentrations of argan oil. Also, weekly hair masks made of avocado and bananas, or honey and olive oil can help make hair strong and shiny. :)
