Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is on a diet. Her ultimate goal? She told Us Magazine that she wanted to "get to where I was when I was a cheerleader in high school."
The 4 foot 9 inch star, 23 went down to a size 4 by stepping up her thrice-weekly workouts. She also dropped 10 pounds.
Her top weight loss tips?
She owes her weight loss to "a lot of strength training."
She notes it's not getting on the treadmill or similar, it's "just getting on the weights." In addition to taking weight-loss supplement Zantrex-3 she traded booze for green tea. She also "cut out bad stuff from her diet."
She is very proud of her legs which she says "you can't say my legs don't look phenomenal."
