How to style hair like Owodog from Lollipop F?

Hey, I know I just need to grow out my hair a little more, but as I was looking around for new hairstyles, I came across this one.

I know his ears look a little funny, but that's asides the point.
If anyone knows any videos on Youtube where they style their hair like his, or similarly to his, it'd be appreciated :)
Even a step-by-step tutorial, tips, etc. But... video is a lot more helpful :D

The biggest issue with my hair is that I can't seem to get the top to go up. It's pretty much flat, but that bangs and sides are easy. I usually use Gatsby in my hair, and I'll just take a guess that the purple one, or maybe even the pink one would be used here.
