 How can i get my hair to look like this?

I really like Effy Stonem from Skins. How can i get my hair to look like hers? My hair is straight at the roots but in the ends it becomes curly. Even though it becomes curly i don't have any real curls.

If you have a bit of wave to your hair, try diffusing it with some mousse.

Take that picture to a salon, and ask for that haircut.
