The hairdresser ruined my hair?

It's hideous.I told her not to make it too short or thin it out or touch my fringe.
My hair only just stopped falling out and now if it starts again,It's so thin I'll be bald.It's so horrible

How short is it? You can always add extension pieces, or wear a wig while it is growing out.

There must be a problem perhaps with the pair of shears used in cutting your hair

There may be some problem with your hair also . Because hairdresser should not be responsible for this . So you should visit your doctor and consult the same problem.

With so many restrictions what did you expect her to do?

Those things are sometimes necessary for a good haircut, otherwise you may have left looking way worse than you do now.
